Youth Boxing Program

Our Youth Boxing Program teaches kids fundamental boxing skills in a safe, supportive environment. Children develop confidence, discipline, and fitness while having fun.

After-School Boxing Schedule

3:30–4:30 PM: Homework and Study Time

Students complete homework and study, enjoy a healthy snack, and relax during this time.

4:30–5:30 PM: Youth Boxing & Conditioning

Youth boxing and conditioning session focusing on skill development, strength, and endurance.

5:30 PM: Community (Optional)

Option to roll into the 5:30 PM Community session for continued training and fitness.
